I have had issues most of the day getting into my xnet webmail and still can't get in from three different connections
Tried the helpdesk twice but no answer [or voice mail msg] but I see that webmail scheduled maintenance is finished but there is an issue with a secondary smtp server would the later issue be affecting my access to webmail ?
note I don't use pop
Anyone got any insights or status - hopefully mail hasn't been lost ! [inbound or outbound]
