I have had issues most of the day getting into my xnet webmail and still can't get in from three different connections

Tried the helpdesk twice but no answer [or voice mail msg] but I see that webmail scheduled maintenance is finished but there is an issue with a secondary smtp server would the later issue be affecting my access to webmail ?

note I don't use pop

Anyone got any insights or status - hopefully mail hasn't been lost ! [inbound or outbound]

Hi xlinknz,
No emails should have been lost - we've had some issues with the secondary mail server that are taking longer than we'd like to sort (late night for me :(!), but everything's still there. We're working through it and should have it back up. In the meantime, email should be going through our primary server - if you do an nslookup smtp.xnet.co.nz, make sure it shows up as 58.28.4.13. If it doesn't flush your DNS so that it does :).

Webmail had a few issues after some maintenance on Thursday (ironically, maintenance that was supposed to mean we'd have no issues over the long weekend ;)), but should now be back up 100%. If you have any further issues with it, please PM me and I'll look into it urgently - I've spent half my day working out the kinks :p.
