My initial contract started in July 2014, I had waited until Sept this year to resign in order to get a rebate to use against the new iPhone, however if this is so late, with delivery in October or November does this mean that I can't resign until October or November 2018?

Will there be allowances for this, as far as I am concerned I resigned on 9th September 2016 when I ordered my new phone and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Can someone from Vodafone confirm this is correct, and is correct for all user that pre-ordered?
