My wording my be slightly wrong but i some times get this message when trying to make a phone call on VFX.

I live in rotorua and have had this when making local calls.

Just a guess but would it mean all of xnets rotorua local lines are being used.

Hi Pagan,

This could mean a number of things, I would suggest contacting the helpdesk with specific call details i.e. the number that you called the time/date of the call..
