VDSL Internet has been off for a day now with this error message in the browser:

Just sat through the call centre, after a cellphone web enquiry last night went unanswered today.
Looked to be sorted but it's straight back again now.
Had to reset the modem first, so all the wifi needs to be setup again.

Had the same thing about a week ago, but a modem reboot sorted that one. No such luck now.

Anyone else had this issue?

Thanks.

Have you tested with another modem to rule out modem fault? Fault code looks helpful :P

No I don't have multiple VDSL modems laying around unfortunately.

Local wifi, and routing functions via Ethernet are all ok. I know that's not a proper test, but no, haven't tried another modem.

Can't even call through to customer services now. Please call back later is the official message playing.

Looks like another day minus broadband coming. #howwillwesurvive

Looks to be linked to their fancy TR-069 provisioning system.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea but I would try reset the modem once again and turn off TR-069/CWMP if possible on the first opportunity.

Gave the call centre another shot for the evening and got a cool guy in manila.  He went above and beyond and after much mucking around and restarting I'm now typing this on a desktop PC instead of a tiny phone screen.  All sorted now, but will monitor it and see how it goes.

No idea what the issue was, he wouldn't let on...

Thanks.

Have had the same error.

After 6 days without internet and endless frustrating and unproductive hours on the phone to customer support it was resolved, once I got thru to actual tech support.

There was not actual error, all that happened was that VF decided to upgrade my "old" Naked VDSL plan to "their new version" of the same plan.

This changed cause this unavailability. Once this admin problem was solved, my Naked VDSL is as good as ever.

I was not happy for 6 days..

This means your not authenticating on the vodafone side of things. It gives you an internal IP and yeah. Usually its from people setting the login to close and forgetting or not re opening it when they change the account.
