Just had the 200/20 fibrex installed and would like to backup the configuration before changing name and passwords. Below is the information in regards backing up from the Vodafone website.

However once I get into the "Device Management" page I'm unable to find the "Expand the backup up or restore setting section".

This is from the Vodafone website -

Backup your Vodafone wireless modem configuration

Browse to your modem's admin page and log in with the following details: Default username Admin. Default password VF-NZhg659 (case sensitive) or. ...
Click the Maintain tab.
Click Device Management.
Expand the Back Up or Restore Settings section.
Select Back Up.

Try entering the username Admin and the password "@"and the last eight digits of your modem serial number. E.g. if your modem serial number is ABC0987654321 your password will be @87654321

Source: Vodafone website.

Thank you for replying - I have no problem in login my problem is once I get to the Device Management page I'm unable to find the Expand the backup or restore setting section.

For instance:
I login.
I click the maintain tab.
I click device management.
But there is no expand the backup or restore settings section as shown on the Vodafone website (see original message).
There is however two sections "Reboot and Factory Restore" these allow to either reboot or reset nothing about backup.

I also found out this 2 weeks ago. Vodafone's version of HG659 has no backup config support while Spark's version of HG659 does. HG659 is one the worse pieces of gadgets out there. Port forwarding can only be done via MAC addresses (spark version atleast) and it has a nasty bug where the port forwarding settings remove themselves every so often.

Do whatever you want to do man.
