Are any of you boffins working for their business section as it seems impossible to actually contact anybody who isn't simply a call taker?

 

I have some questions.

You expect a non call taker to answer your call and what do you consider business section?

Just curious what number have you been dialing ?, I've always had good service from the Business team and the person who answers the call 90% of the time takes ownership of sorting the issue asap.
