Well, I think the dust has settled somewhat, so I am finally going to change to fusion. :D

I ave question to ask first though..

Currently I have Xnet HSI and VFX, with a telecom landline.
The telecom landline is not on my account however, but on my parent's account (we did it this way to avoid a line setup fee), and so there are actually two lines on the one account, one in New Plymouth, and my line in Palmerston North.
I will be wanting to port my current telecom number to Fusion.
So, my question is: is it possible to do all of this WITHOUT closing the entire telecom account? (just stopping the one line and all it's services)

Hello shermanp ,

Shouldnt be any issue in removing the single line, as long as you put in the correct line to move to Fusion and make sure the sales agent is aware you currently have a active DSL service on your line and want to churn it to Fusion along with porting the number you shouldnt have any hassles at all.

Thank you very much.

Now lets just hope the two lines don't get mixed up, as they both have Xnet HSI on them...
