my 3 way calling has appeared to stop working, when I start a 3 way call someone will get dropped about 30 seconds after the call is started, or everyone is disconnected. I have tryed calling xnet about 3 times, but hang up when A) I have to go do something else because there hold times take so long b) there call centre closes and c) because 30minutes is to long!
We were planning to put fusion at 2 of our batches as well as a few other houses, but looks as though we might not with the complete lack of customer service that xnet is providing at the moment.

3 way calling should be fine, just finsihed a 30 minute call on the same device as you have actually, the only reason it will drop off is when a message is not responded to , if you have another example of the call PM me and I will take a look. also you can email the issue to the support lines, put the date and time of the call as well as the numbers involved please
