I'm looking for some advice/confirmation on what an issue is:

I'm helping someone try and sort out broadband issues, it is a new house build so Chorus came out and hooked up (removed connection into old house at ETP and ran new cable from that to new house).

Currently connecting at approx 0.1Mbs and neighbors either side according to Chorus website are connecting at 15Mbs with VDSL available (one of them shares the same pole our line goes to).

Vodafone's response on both times we have called them is that the line is too long and what the modem is connecting at is all they will get. First tech said you have to move to Fibre... what Fibre??!

Surely this is not a case of being too far from the cabinet and is a line issue either Chorus side or in the house?

What are the modem xDSL line stats? Sounds like a house wiring issue if past ETP then over to house owner

That doesn't look good.
