Hi there

 

Tried two different browsers, Firefox and Chrome, to log into my already created account for my pre-paid phone number. However I keep getting "Your login for My Vodafone has been created successfully" after logging in, and I find no way to view my usage or balance.

 

Is this a known issue currently being resolved, or am I the first to bring it attention?

I have had _so_ many problems making accounts with vodafone. Last one was because I dared to use a + in my email address. Before that they had some problems with something else I entered into a field.

 

Prior to that I couldn't get all the way thru setting up an account because I had never made a "phonecall" on the prepay sim I was trying to set up. Very hard to do when the sim needs to be the large size for a GPS unit and all your phones take small sizes, and the GPS actually came with a note from the seller not to use a small sim in an adapter since it will may ruin the sim socket.

I have had _so_ many problems making accounts with vodafone.

 

 

The account I am trying to log into was created on MyVodafone many many years back. I'm trying to log in and check my balance etc., which I use to be able to do.

You need to click on one of circles then you will see the option to view usage

If you can actually log then I suspect it's user error and nothing to do with browser or setup

You can also view up to 31 days usage in the My Vodafone App

The web interface, android app, and txting MYADDONS to 756 are all not working, app is stating now that there's technical difficulties. Was working for me last night (top up & added an add on after 11pm) but as of now, to me, the whole balence system seems down.
