So I'm currently with skinny, vdsl. I have really slow speeds 14Mbit/s down, .8 up. I can't get fibre but can get fibrex. I'm in a flat and only have 11 months left on the fixed term stay.

Can I get fibrex without a 24 month contract? Do they have 12 or no contract?
Do they have any deals for new customers?
