HI,

I can't find a way to telnet to the modem. I have gone through all the settings. Maybe I am missing something. Anyone know how ?

I want to add the unlocator dns info and it seems the only way to do it is through the command line option.

Thanks,

Which Technicolor modem: FibreX modem (TC4400) or the TC7210?

You can't telnet to the TC4400, it's a plain bridge, not a gateway.

I have the 7210. So I can't then make use of unlocator ?

You can load the DNS in the modem https://www.vodafone.co.nz/cms/documents/1375786333624/ Only problem I have is can't work out how to block google DNS in it which is pain for chromescast but should be ok if you have Apple TV. It's an awful modem for non tech people like me

I gave up on it in the end, there is a parental setting in there but couldn't get it to work, you can telnet into it to block it . I was given this link by someone here but never got the time to try it
