Hi, a couple of times when making a call on fusion we have had no ringing tone.

Pick up the phone, have a dial tone, dial the number, then slience, then the other party suddenly answers the phone.

It has happened about 3 times. Twice in the last couple of days.

Has anyone else had this?

Send me your details for the call and I will take a look, I take it the voice was there when the call was answered ?

Thanks for that, I see the reason as to why.

We are not getting a ringing indication back from the far end, so the the ringinging message is never passed back ,w e will have to take a look and see why we are not getting this message on some calls.

If you can let me know ehen you get some more of these we will try and track down where this is occuring. Most likely it will be in the handoff between ourselves and Telecom at first guess.
