It seems that everytime i pay my bill (at the local NZ Post shop in dowtown AK) i get a txt confirming payment, but re-iterating i still owe $1.38.... regardless of the fact i usually round up my bill payment to be sure. Last time i actually went back and put another $2... and it sent me the same txt again... claiming i was $1.38 short, lol. So i end up calling the help-line to double check all is well.

Anyone else get this?
