MyVodafone android app worked perfectly up to a week ago & then stopped working.    Tried reinstalling & re-setting password numerous times.    Get the 'Houston' error.    This number does not exist on our network an absolute pain. etc etc.

The problem started when it asked for a password & never worked again.

The fact that the app has 4185 five star reviews but 2562 1 star reviews is really all I need to know.   Lots of recent 1 star reviews.    Not going to waste any more time with it.

Luckily Vodafone provide good information on how to manage buying addons by using texts.   A bit old school but at least it works.

Call 777 and ask them to delete the KNOX profile for your number / email address and then start setup again on the App and it will be sorted

Thanks Linux for the fast  and useful reply!    I may try that tomorrow when I am in a better frame of mind.     'KNOX profile' I had never heard of it...

Thanks to Linux & and some excellent help at 777 I am good to go with the MyVodafone app again.    Customer service was able to delete the KNOX profile for the number and email.   I was told to wait 2 to 3 minutes.    After that I reinstalled the app. & it seems to be working fine.   Not sure what caused the problem - I suspect an update as I had done some updates recently & I think MyVodafone was one of them.    I am running Android 4.3. so that may not have helped either.
