Is anyone else having problems faxing through to the wxc sales department (0800 123 789) ?

I'm trying to send a fusion application through, but my fax machine refuses to connect to the fax on the other end. I can fax to other people fine... (Just a 'regular' fax machine on a regular telecom phone line)

Signing up to fusion is turning out to be a pretty major pain, I sent the application via regular post 2 weeks ago now, called the sales department yesterday, and they said they never received it... So now I'm trying to fax it through, and that aint working either, and I need this connection up ASAP!

I usually scan and email to them, so that may be an other option for you. I've had a few doc faxed to WxC by some of my clients with no problem. Faxing can be hit and miss at times, so many variations in fax machines.

We fax to WxC through this line daily, sometimes you do hit congestion so wait for a little while then try again.

I left my fax machine on all night trying to send the fax through, in the morning, it still hadn't gone through.

While faxing isn't 100% reliable, it is still fairly reliable.

If they advertise a fax number, and you are able to fax other numbers fine, then they should look into it further. They are both the owner/operator of the fax machine and the telco so it shouldn't be too hard.

It is a reasonable expectation to be able to send faxes to their fax number.

As the others suggested, try emailing it in... But definitely advise them of your inability to fax their number, they should look into it further. If they don't.....
