Hey there

I'm wondering why Vodafone/Ihug seem to dislike removing interleaving so much. CSRs either dont know why you cant turn it off or just wont tell you why.
The FAQ's just say they want the service to be reliable as possible, but other isp's offer it, and many suggest it as a very good option for decreasing latency. If your phone line is good it just isn't necessary.

So im looking for a slightly better response from one of the vodafone people here that might explain why it isn't offered, is it too hard to implement?

Thanks.

And that is why i said vodafone/ihug. Same question applies.

I cant understand why you would want to limit customers options. Some ISP's even allow you to turn it on and off via the my account section to see if it works for you.
