Did I understand correctly as in on the WorldxChange VFX page it says it is not charged if the broadband uses XNET?

Just checking because my in-laws received a copy of their bill (the paper one didn't arrive) and upon checking it I see the $11.25 charged to their account two months in a row.

Also the PDF you download from View Bill is nicer now - but I can't find any "Pay by" date anywhere?

Correct.

On Stream, River and Flood you get 1 free VFX Line, on Fusion you get a "free" VFX line in the $69.95 price, but can get a Data Only Fusion connection for $59.95.

I queried exactly that with wXc today, and got this reply, which I'm sure they won't mind me sharing:

There was a hiccup with our billing this month while moving to a new
system and the VOIP charge billed when it wasn't supposed to, this was
unfortunately picked up after the invoices had been created.

This has already been credited back off your account so please deduct
the charge when paying the account, the new balance is $XX.XX including
GST.

Already being discussed here :-)

I emailed Xnet today and got a similar response to the above.

I understood it only to be an issue this month though, must check my last few months invoices!

I've missed that - I was travelling and didn't read all of the thousands of e-mail notifications I receive everyday...

Doh for the Supreme Bean posting a duplicate!

I am locking this now, any follow up to the previous discussion.
