Does TCL have the option to have the paper statements stopped and a .pdf format file of the statement sent by email instead?

If not, surely it wouldn't be too hard to implement has you can already view the statements online in .pdf format, all they would have to do is email the new one to the customer when the statement is issued.

It would save a lot of paper and postage fees.

I agree with you, however I do not believe they can 'stop' paper statements. Just like vodafone, even though you can view your balance/bill on line they just won't do it not sure why.

Well, WorldxChange does it. I also get my power and bank statements emailed instead of mailed.

I've heard Vodafone paperless is coming this next month or so - again.

I was receiving the Vodafone bill via e-mail until I ported to Telecom. Appparently they had problems and whoever had that setup was receiving but the new billing system couldn't handle requests - go figure.

Back to TelstraClear, you can download the bills from their portal. I've done it last month when the bill didn't arrive on time (it arrived here a day before the due date), but I don't know if you can cancel the paper or request it to be automatically sent instead of having to go yourself to the portal and download.

I don't get sent a bill with TelstraClear, I just called them and said, please don't send it, I'll check it online, so they noted this on my account and  I haven't recieved a bill yet.
