We have had a problem with this setting reverting to 2 rings. We went through one client (6 lines) and set them all to six rings, but some of them changed back the next day to 2 rings ?!?!?!

Have not had a problem with any other clients.

Is this recently ? , was a number port involved with any of the numbers ?, the only time they could possibly change is when a number port occurs but we have some routines that sets the default rings to much higher than that.

If you have some more details on this I would like to hear them so I can take a look.
