Hi guys,

Is there any way that I can download these? or have them emailed to me at the same time the message is left??

If there is a way to do this can you please let me know.

You can do that through your vfx portal. Once you've logged in, fill in the details on the Messaging->Voice Management page. That page gives you the options for emailing a copy of your voice mail to your nominated email account.

Hmmm.... I don't think so. At least I haven't seen any option on the portal to do this.

Yep! Peasy easy:
Listen to the options after listening to ya message - choose "9" for additional options, then choose "2" to forward the message. Simply forward it to yaself, and it will end back in your mailbox, with the carbon copy to email too.
