Youtube has been acting up all day with frequent stalling.

 

I'm getting occasional timeouts to my Amazon EC2 instances also.  

 

Anybody else?

Things seem to be returning to normality now :-/

 

The main issue seemed to be some serious packet loss on the way to Amazon's us-west-1 datacenter, us-west-2 (and others) didn't seem affected.
