Hey guys,

I'm setting up a new flat this weekend, and I'm hoping to join XNet Fusion.

I understand I need to purchase a new router with the vfx ports, and thats fine.  I don't understand which one to get though.  I have read on these forums that the wrt400 is 'better', but what are the exact differences in performance?
I would prefer an all-in-one for the lack of clutter, but if I go the route of a wrt400 + modem, I have a spare free dlink, and possibly a dynalink modem as well, so its not really a problem.
I mean, surely it cant be as bad as my old G604t?

The WAG54Gp2 is one of the earlier devices, and generally works fine. However, the WRP400 now leaves this for dead. Yes, definitely go for the WRP400, yes you'll need a separate ADSL modem, but then it's also much easier to change to newer broadband technology later on. E.G. if you get fibre to your home, or even VDSL, wireless, or whatever, you just plug the WRP400 into whatever comes in.
