I just switched to Xnet yesterday afternoon, all going well except this morning my usage meter says Ive used 2gb of data that Im being charged for.... Im on the torrent plan, and I made certain that any downloads were coming through between 1am and 7am (to be safe) and I did stuff all last night online except browse and email.

Am I mis-reading something or is my off-peak data being counted as on-peak via the meter ? (And hopefully not on the accounting system)

It looks like when you signed up, you selected the "Unlimited Data Usage" plan, instead of the "Torrent Data Usage" plan, so you were not set up on the torrent plan.

I've changed your account details so that you are now on the torrent plan as of midnight, so check your usage meter again and it should say that your downloads last night were free.

Cheers,
Scott.

Hello,

I am using the usage meter too, I have tried both 1.3 and 1.7 (currently 1.3 makes it look like I'm not on the torrent plan?) and 1.7 is working but after downloading bugs out on me.

I was told I was being signed up on the torrent plan, but haven't been able to check that, as I haven't recieved my first bill so cannot complete the validation sign up for View bill.

I start my torrenting last night between 12:15 - 7:30am.

And like the author of this post, I too will be up for slaughter by my wife if I'm not getting my usage under the torrent plan.
Can someone at Xnet please check this for me.

Thanks in advance.

Justin.
