When I called Xnet on tuesday to get my VFX line changed over to Asterisk, I was told it would be two days and I would reveieve an email then.

On thursday I gave them a call, to ask them why I hadnt recieved an email. Was told that it would happen today. Gave them a call this afternoon to ask why it hadnt happened by now. was told the personwould get back to me within the hour. After an hour and a bit I called back as I really want this done before the weekend. was greeted by a person who didnt seem to want to talk, he said to me that someone would call back by the end of today.

I havnt had a call yet, and its past 8pm meaning that Xnet is closed, so I wont be able to get it for the weekend.

Has anyone else had similar problems with changing to asterisk?
