For Auckland VFX users there is a slight change when you place people on hold,

Your callers should now receive the mellow tones of Fleetwod Mac whilst on hold,


looking for feedback guys and girls, NOT and I repeat NOT Music request's Laughing

Anything but Fleetwood Mac, I've just sat through the whole album twice while trying to speak with the WxC customer service desk during the past two days (both days I gave up after 25 & 15 mins) now when I hear Fleetwood Mac, I can only think of tech support queues...  nice idea, but please use a different music source that the used for CS hold music.




Don't ask for a lighter load, rather a stronger back.

I don't have an Auckland VFX number, but this sounds cool all the same. The new advanced features and now music on hold... at this rate I will be able to ditch trixbox in no time. :)

Very cool, and don't worry I won't mention Celine Dion Sealed
I did get some feedback that the music was quite loud though. Not sure if that's tweak-able, but with so much variation in phone volume settings, I guess it's always tricky getting the right balance.

Yes should have mentioned you have the option of using Music on Hold or not, by default it is set to on

I have not yet heared it, but loud is good.  You can put the phone down and continue with other stuff 'till the music stops.  Not everyone has a speakerphone...
