Vodafone decided to send me an account statement. The first one in prob 3 years. Since I left them. #fail  :D

Hi there
Your fixed & broadband bill for 1 Feb 2018 is ready.

Here's how it's looking:

Total (incl. GST): -$0.52

Your account is in credit so no payment is required, thanks.

Any payments made after 31 Jan 2018 aren't included in the total due.

Got a Vodafone On Account mobile too? Nice one - keep an eye out for a separate bill and payment details.

Need to know more or do more? Help yourself!

Thanks

Your team at Vodafone

Since leaving VF late last year they have sent 3 accounts for $0.00 but with a warning that I will be charged $17 if I don't pay it by the 20th of the month

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

I can give you 52c towards the $17 fee.

@MikeB4 You'll likely cause a P1 if anyone tried to cash that with some banks :P

Make a payment for $0.01, then request a refund when your account ends up in credit! :D

Message me with details of the accounts closed and in credit and I can get the team to resolve them and stop the "bills"
