Hello

I wonder if anyone can advise what is the best online process for making a formal complaint. I see 'contact us' via the website but no online or email address to lodge a complaint.

I am finding this out on behalf of Deaf friend, calling is not an option. I did call on his behalf but got nowhere so he wants to send an email.

You have to use this online form to contact them.

But don't rely on this - they take ages to respond (they used to be able to respond within 2 working days, but ever since ihug got under the Vodafone banner, it took 1 1/2 working weeks to be able to respond!)
