Hey Guys

Just wondering, i am not complaining on anything, my VDSL connection, my average download is 17-19mbps, but my upload speed is only just 1mbps, what a big differences on that, surely it is not right or do i just have to accept on 1mbps?

Based on the fact that your only getting 19mbit-ish downstream sync, i'd categorically say, Your on the edge of VDSL availability where there is really only a downstream bandwidth gain.

It's always possible the line is simply not in a great state but it's hard to comment past that without seeing further details on the connection.

Low upstream is often internal wiring, people using plug in filters etc so have you had the proper splitter installed and are using a the correct socket and dont have any dodgey cables between socket and modem?
