Hi guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before - but I was just wondering if it is possible to get Xnet HSI broadband without the need for a home phone line at all? We're not looking to have a home phone number or anything - we'll happily use our cellphones.

Simply; is it possible?

We don't want to spend more than $40 a month on internet, but if we have to have a phone line to received broadban, that scuppers that idea... Woosh don't seem a very attractive option, and we quite like the look of Xnet, but don't want to pay monthly for a phone line we won't use otherwise.

Cheers!

http://www.xnet.co.nz/fusion gives you a VOIP phone line but no analog phone line.

There was talk of it being made available around $10 cheaper without the VOIP line a while back, can someone else clarify if that happened?

It is possible to get it for $10 cheaper, however that is only available thru a WxC dealier.

If you are interested you can PM me and i can put you in touch with a dealier.
