What's going on! The 0800 on their website isn't working, and the 0508 number printed on our bill isn't working either (cannot connect, try again later)!

We've got an issue with the landline, calling in says the number is invalid or not active but outgoing calls and fibre are fine. Checked their website and Facebook, no similar issues listed there.
