my current resi broadband contract has come to term and VP are asking me to switch to the new Smart Connect - still unlimited broadband, but cheaper per month.
is this a slick move by them to change the T&Cs and start throttling or shaping my traffic?
or am i just paranoid?
i've had a dig into their documenation they sent, but it's pretty light on details.
