I have been trying all day to top up my prepaid mobile through my vodafone and direct to my number from my credit card. I get a message saying not available... try later. Is the service down or what?

I would say only impacting you maybe or would be loads of complaints. Call 777 try it via IVR

turns out my registered credit card required a date update. strange message...should say check card details or something more appropriate.
