I find my self feeling very put out when my latest bill seems to have nothing to do with the plan I agreed to.

This whole experience so ridiculous I find myself wondering if I'm being picked on a bit.

Having a descriptive subject line such as "My latest bill and my plan don't match" will certainly go a long way for those of us trying to help you get this sorted.

What exactly is wrong with your latest bill? Have you rung WxC customer support to see what the story is?
