Hi

 

I'm on fusion and I think this goes to other xnet customers also.I was wondering why it takes two weeks to work out your bill for the month?

 

Two weeks seem rather long when providers like vodafone takes a day or two.A week would be ok but 2 weeks is rather long don't you reckon?

Perhaps they are the only ones actually checking to make sure they get it right (most of the time).
