I'm trying to upload a personal greeting via the VFX portal but having no success.

My file format as per the on-line help instructions is: CCITT u-Law 8.000 kHz, 8 Bit, Mono, wav

Error mesasge: HTTP Status 500 - An error occurred while uploading the file

Has anyone successfully uploaded a greeting? should it work?
