We need to block some numbers calling a specific Vodafone mobile number, Vodafone(Digital Mobile) have advised they cant do this?

Is this really the case? Our other option is blocking on the handset, but in doing this before the call does not ring but still allows the caller to leave a voicemail which we don't want.

Cheers

Vodafone do have the ability to blacklist numbers however only TXT's and PXT's by the looks:

Other than that - you need to do this from your phone it seems.

@LFCNZ 100% no Digital mobile are correct you use to be able to blacklist numbers if the MSISDN was part of a CUG in a Talkzone group (Closed User Group) in the IN

Blacklist feature was removed from the Talkzone product

If you want Voicemail removed off a mobile number call VodafoneNZ and ask them to set the OCCF to OFF

I see from above, you can't block numbers.

Can anyone explain why they don't offer this service?

We don't want it turned off completely, just so this particular caller cant leave messages, from my experience using an IPhone, I set to block a certain number from ringing me, so the phone did not ring etc, but the caller was still able to leave voicemails.

Will try with Android might be different.
