I'm unable to call an 0800 number.... works fine from mobile, other landlines etc, number is 0800 443 031

Thought I'd try the forums rather than calling helpdesk.

This is exactly the opposite of what we expect - all faults should be logged through the WxC helpdesk because only then there will be a way for the company to track problems.

My bad... apologies for being a n00b!!!

Phil's comments on not seeing any calls to that number made me look a bit deeper. You'll now see it's been dialled and worked perfectly.

Having said that I just tried calling the 0800 number in this page. It says "You cannot access the number you are calling from your location" - and I am using a SPA2102, so shouldn't be a configuration problem on my side.

It seems they have it locked to that region Mauricio. If I call from my VFX line I get the message you refer to, but if I call from my Telecom Landline I get the same.

Wow thanks. I didn't even notice. Phil's miles ahead of me in posts, but at least I have more friends than him ;)
