I am 16 months into a 24 month plan paying extra for a new phone each year. My phone is dying so trying to get new one. I have been told that the the New Phone Every Year deal is being cancelled so no new phone. Vodafone instead wants to refund the monthly payments and put me on a new 24 month contract.

Sounds dicey to me. Any thoughts Oh wise ones?

Perhaps my real question is what is the best deal on contract to get a S9+ ? My firm pays the first $100 a month...

Keen to see how you get on here. I was also told it is being phased out in favour of no term contracts, but I'd prefer a term contract with the ability to roll it every year to a new plan/phone.

@prob

If you have New Phone Every Year already then you can continue and use to get a new phone. It is being phased out so no new sales but we're honouring existing NPEY customers.

Hope that helps.
