Hopefully someone from xnet can give a hand here.
I signed up for Fusion and had it available on the 13th of June. I received the usual welcome email in the xnet email inbox, but received no instruction or information about rhe VFX line, including the phone number itself or how to use the system. I called the help desk to find out the phone number and login details and was helped by a very impatient/rude person who didn't seem to understand I was asking all these 'stupid' (not his words, his tone) questions becaue I was never given the information I needed to log into the system, nor use it. He never offered to arrange for the details to be resent.
All was fine after that, and I forgot about the email, until I had a missed call. I eventually found the access codes, but then discovered that I needed a pin/login to access it. Rather than go through the hassle of repeatedly explaining why I did not know all these setting and be treated like someone who has not bothered to read the docs, I emailed the help desk on Thursday last week. I have yet to hear back from them.
So two things: Can I please have all the information I need to use the phone service (once this is set up I will sort out how to pay for it...)
And why does no one answer emails on the help address?
