I see that there are Vodafone staff that are quite active around here and thought of posting an issue (as the FB message I sent haven't been attended to).
I've been trying to sign-up online and have had this error every time for the past week. I didn't think i'll have this much of a difficult time trying to sign up. if this is the experience to even sign-up, i'm very wary on what the customer experience would be when i'm actually signed-up.
PS: i've tried multiple browsers and still the same issue.
