Our internet speed is really bad at the moment, at least for the last 2 days, atm its 13.5Mbs DL.
Netflix seems unaffected, but we notice it on page loads, which seems odd. We have a Fibre X account with 200Mbs .
Where do we ask for help?

@netspanner Are you testing over Wi-Fi or Ethernet and where are you testing to and how are you testing?
Well like every other issue you report it to the company you are paying the $$$$ to and in this case I would call and get a fault ticket number and note it down but first of all answer the questions above and any fault checking you have done
