Have recently joined the xnet fusion community, all changes went well with no hassles.  Am I listed in the white pages directory or do I have to do something for this to happen?
Thanks

You are supposed to get one free listing, but in our case we did not (we did when we were still with Telecom).  For me it was not a priority to get it sorted (but if someone at WxC reads this and has some free time...).

To get a listing in the white pages you have to contact Wxc and ask them to have your number printed. I personally chose not to have my number put in the white pages but from what I understand they should ask every customer that signs up for fusion whether they want their number put in or not.

Our sign up process in the voice verification asks if you would like a whitepage listing, so if you said yes you should be listed.

Yes I am a employee of WxC (My Profile) ... but I do have my own opinions as well Wink

When I switched I did not go through a voice verification process.  I've faxed (or e-mailed?) the application form which had space on it for Whitepages details, but my number is no longer in the Whitepages (nor in the local directory).  Guess I should do a help desk request.

When I signed up for VFX my directory listing wasn't transferred. The same with my parents-in-law.

When I contacted the VFX help desk I was told I had to contact White Pages directly myself to have it listed.

I did it for my own number, still going to do for my parents-in-law.
