Just heard this on the news.
Vodafone is going to start chanrging prepay users a dollar for calling the VF help centre.
It's not enough they ripped us over the iPhone costs now they want to start charging for helpdesk.

Perhaps not enough people ended up buying the iPhone so they have to recover the costs to match the forecast they promised shareholders
