As I have a business phone, I dont use my personal phone much, so an $11 (250/50/250) plan was quite useful

I see the prices have all gone up. however the message in the app states "To give you more value , weve changed a few plan options..."

Im trying to work out where the value is, as now I can get a 250/50/50 plan for $13 (200 less texts) instead of $11

For reference, which plans have more value?

I'm on 250/50/50 which was $10. App states that I can stay on this as long as I don't make any changes. At least they aren't trying to tell me that the changes give me more value!

Sounds like Vodafone PR talk to me, they're plans are actually going down in value. A couple of weeks ago the on account $60 and $80 plans went from being 10gb and 22gb to 7gb and 15gb respectively. Now with myflex there's less options and most combinations are more expensive. Most likely trying to push people towards the unlimited mobile plan.

My app said exactly this yesterday, on the same plan. Then the account went on hold this morning due to insufficient funds to renew (more than $10, but less than $13). After 20 minutes on the phone, was repeatedly told that's the price of the new plan, and essentially there's no such thing as it staying the same unless you make changes.

My wife & I are senior citizens and so, not surprisingly, we're "light users" of our phones. Vodafone's 250/50/50 prepay plan @ $10 suited us just fine. But now Vodafone is levying a 30% price rise! 30%? Yes, 30%. Bloody price gouging. I politely inquired of Vf by PM but after a week have only received provisional holding replies. Not good enough! Bad publicity is coming their way (nothing like aggrieved, cantankerous old buggers like me!). They must be trying to get rid of light users because they must know Vodafone is now totally uncompetitive. Skinny offers 250/100/unltd for just $9 for 28 days. Guess where I'm going?!

@NorthernZone Pricing changes all the time!

Look at Warehouse mobile and also 2Degrees do a $9 monthly Prepay plan (not shown on website but can be selected in the 2Degrees App) and that is a true monthly Prepaid plan and not this 28 day rubbish

Haha, can you seriously pay Warehouse Mobile $4/month for unlimited SMS? That is not a bad solution for an idea I have been thinking about lately.
