Hi all,

I have transferred my mobile   from monthly plan to a prepaid plan and Vodafone has billed me  for the full month bill even i only used  it for 2 days only.

I requested to transfer my monthly plan to prepaid  on 5/08/2018 and Vodafone completed my request on 7/08/2018.

and the same day I received an email bill Vodafone   charged me for the cycle day from 06/08/2018 to 05/09/2018 which i have paid.

I would like to know is it normal that Vodafone charged me the full month used on monthly plan even I only use it for 2days only?Or they should refund me the balance?

Thank you

So you will get a credit back automatically soon applied to the account, The billing platform knows you have not used a full months worth only 2 days

John

Edit: You need to wait for your DOM to roll over again
