When I log into 'My Vodafone' for a recently set up monthly account (switched from pre-pay), I can't view any billing information  - the menu options are all missing.

 

Does anyone know if there is an option somewhere to enable this?

 

I've given in trying to get through to Vodafone on the 777 number, and no one is answering my question on the Vodafone Community forum, so getting a bit desperate now!

No, the number was changed from pre-pay to on-account about a month ago - I've just received the first monthly bill.

Call 777 and ask them to delete your ' Knox ' setup and register with a new setup

Also ask them to check ' Clio ' and your number is set to postpaid
