All to often we see thread's complaining about service or products (I myself am guilty of it!), but I just wanted to post about the Queen Street Vodafone store.

The staff, including the Store Manager and the CSR's had impeccable service, particularly in such a busy store.

I went in and bought a high-end phone, which unfortunately had a fault. I took it back the day after and was able to exchange it on the spot after the Manager verified the issue existed.
Then unfortunately the replacement phone also experienced the same issues and so I returned expecting there to be an issue with getting a refund. To my surprise and maybe I should learn to more trusting, the staff were empathetic with my situation and accepted it for return for a refund without any questions, after verifying again the issue was present.

It may seem like "well it's part of their job and it's the law! (CGA)" - but it's how the team went about helping me that really set the tone and managed such a busy store that while I burned probably 2-3 hours in total in the store across two days (mainly waiting in lines), Other than not being able to upgrade my phone to the latest and greatest, left not feeling stressed about the whole situation.

Well done VF Queen Street.

Sadly yes - iPhone XS.. not ideal, because I loved the phone, it was a nice upgrade from my iPhone 7.
Alas, I'll either need to wait and try my luck again later via Apple or wait till next year :(
