My daughter got a new prepay sim card a while ago. It doesn't allow PXT messages to be sent, despite trying the usual things.
I called the helpdesk and spend about half an hour talking with a tech guy who spent a long time off looking at things while I was on hold.
At the end of the call, her phone still does not allow PXT messages to be sent or received. I intend to call up and try again, but need to find a spare couple of hours to keep calling up and telling them "It still doesn't work".
So, if I don;t do this before August 1st, will I continually be charged, or will I have the added complication of trying to obtain a credit for the subsequent calls ?
