Just sent ages writing an email to them through this website http://vodafonenz.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/vodafonenz.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php , and after pressing send, it came up with an error that it encountered an error , that said
Question Submission Failed
Authentication mismatch
I don't know what this meant, but it looks like their only way to email them is down.
Do they have an actual email address that I can email? I hope they fix all these problems, before the $1 fee comes in to call them.
